Ghatprabha Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd.

Ghatprabha Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in October 2005 with the objective of manufacturing NPK Mix Fertilizer. The subsidiary commenced commercial operations in May 2006 and reached a turnover of Rs. 6,273.14 Lacs in the financial year 2021-22.

The subsidiary is located in Karnataka and enjoys easy connectivity and an abundant supply of raw material and power. The location of our plant in a sugarcane growing region gives us immense scope for production as the consumption of fertilizers to cultivate sugarcane is very high. We have also established a bio-coal manufacturing unit at our factory site.

Ghatprabha Fertilizers has also started manufacturing a soil-conditioner under the brand name 'REAL' and through this product we have established a strong foothold in the Western Maharashtra and Karnataka markets.

Mr. Rajesh Maliwal is a Director at Ghatprabha Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd. since the inception of the company. He is a graduate and a Diploma Holder in Taxation Laws. He looks after all statutory compliances and tax matters of the company.

Kailash Puramwar

Mr. Kailash Puramwar (45) has an experience in the Seeds and Fertilizers business since last 16 years. He is a quick learner and shouldered many additional responsibilities along with the job of looking after day to day functioning of company.
